Fleet management

Fleet management with GPS vehicle tracking, a logbook that keeps itself and fuel theft alerts

Track every vehicle live, keep business and private trips apart with the driver for each, and see fuel theft as it happens. It works with any vehicle brand, mixed fleets included, on one SaaS platform hosted in the EU.

Owned and leased vehicles, from any leasing company, in one view.

Every quote is prepared for your fleet. Most fleets rent and maintain everything under one contract.

Logbook and pool booking

A logbook that keeps itself, and pool vehicles booked in a few clicks

Driver's hand on the steering wheel of a company car

A tax-compliant logbook: business and private trips kept apart, with the driver for every trip.

  • Logbook with driver ID

Every trip is recorded with the driver and marked business or private, local trips included.

  • Pool-vehicle booking

Employees book shared vehicles in advance, and fleet managers see which vehicle is booked, by whom and when.

  • Separate business and private records

Business trips and private trips are kept in separate records.

Driver privacy mode

Private trips stay private

GPS tracking that respects driver privacy: vehicle tracking that can be switched off for private trips. When a driver switches a trip to private, nobody can see the vehicle's location until the switch is turned back, either physically or remotely, and every remote action by any user is logged.

  • Physical or remote switch

Private mode is turned on and off with a switch in the vehicle or remotely.

  • Location fully hidden

While a trip is private, nobody can see where the vehicle is.

  • Every remote action logged

Any remote change by any user is recorded, so there is always a clear trail.

  • Fully GDPR-compliant privacy switch

Tracking that respects the privacy of drivers who also use their vehicle privately.

Where fleets save first

Cost control is part of fleet management, not a separate product. Fuel, charging, utilisation and maintenance data show where the money goes.

Tank level over 24 hours: a refuel, then a sudden drop while the vehicle is parked with the ignition off
  • Electric vehicles

Battery level and charging data for every EV, in the same view as the rest of the fleet.

  • Ready to switch to electric?

See which petrol or diesel vehicles could go electric, based on their real trips.

  • Fuel theft alerts and fuel-level sensors

Fuel-level sensors in the tank record every refuel and every sudden drop.

  • Lower fuel spend

Fuel use is set against real trips and working time, so excess consumption shows up quickly.

  • Better vehicle utilisation

See which vehicles work and which stand idle, then right-size the fleet and the pool.

  • Less downtime

Earlier maintenance and fault visibility keep vehicles earning instead of waiting.

Remote vehicle control

Stop theft and unauthorised use, whatever the key setup

A company car with two platform switches, unlocking allowed and engine start blocked, and the remote action logged

Allow or block unlocking and engine start from the platform, however the keys are kept.

It protects vehicles against theft and unauthorised use.

Block the engine from starting remotely, so a stolen or unauthorised vehicle stays where it is.

Every remote action is logged.

Fleet management is one rent-and-maintain contract: devices, fitting, maintenance, the platform and access through open APIs, delivered as SaaS.

Watch load-space temperature and humidity, and every trip's CO2

  • Temperature and humidity in vehicles, trailers and fridges, and door-open alerts, with alerts and full history.

  • CO2 emissions per vehicle and per trip, in your reports.

Lone worker alarm

Driver and lone-worker safety

SOS and lone-worker alarms with escalating alerts, for drivers and staff who work alone.

  • SOS alarm

Drivers and field staff can raise an SOS alarm that reaches the right people at once.

  • Lone-worker alarms

Alarms for people who work alone, in a vehicle or in the field.

  • Escalating alerts

If an alarm is not handled, the alert escalates to further contacts.

  • Stop alert

An automatic alert when a lone worker falls or stops moving, and two-way voice to talk to them.

What fleet teams run every day

  • Live tracking

Live vehicle location on the map for dispatch and supervisors.

  • Trips

See every trip with its start, stop and driver.

  • Maintenance

Keep each vehicle's history in one place, so the workshop plans ahead.

  • Route planning and work orders

Plan routes and schedule the work, then see it being done live.

  • Live tachograph data

Driver status, drivers' hours and remaining driving time live, with alerts on limits and on driving without a driver card.

  • Driving-behaviour reports

Such as harsh braking and speeding.

  • Vehicle fault codes

They reach the platform as they appear, so the workshop sees which vehicle has which fault.

  • Geofencing alerts

Set zones and get an alert when a vehicle leaves one.

  • Alerts and exceptions

Unusual movement, status changes and events surface while there's still time to act.

  • Works without coverage

If a vehicle loses coverage, the device keeps its data and sends it when it reconnects. Devices are set up, updated and fixed remotely, many at once, and every remote action is logged.

  • Satellite tracking on request

    For places beyond mobile coverage.

  • Web, Android and iOS apps

Office and field teams use the same platform.

Positions, fuel, trips, logbook and tachograph data come together in one live fleet view.

  3. 03

    Act

Alerts, reports and bookings help dispatch, workshop and management cut cost every day.
