Portal authentication: when you use the customer portal, identity data is processed through Microsoft Entra External ID according to your organisation’s Entra tenancy and our customer agreement.
Retention: enquiry messages are retained as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Exact retention schedules for SaaS customer data are defined in customer contracts.
